Anisa Khan is a New York-based multidisciplinary artist and Creative Director whose practice explores the intersection of Communication Design, visual arts, and human intuition.
A “commercial artist by day and thinker by sunset,” Khan transforms complex psychological insights into visceral, layered environments. Holding a BFA in Visual Arts (Commercial Arts & Photography) and an MS in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute (with distinction), her two-decade career spans global agencies like JWT (VML) and academic leadership. Her expertise moves seamlessly between mixed media and experiential design, bridging the interface between emerging technology and human truth. Deeply influenced by the relationship between sound and form, Khan is an asset for bespoke commissions in sonic visuals, experimental typography, brand storytelling, illustrations, and digital arts. She specializes in the development of ideas, interactive and spatial design, and, when AI tools are used in other projects, ethically sourced AI-assisted graphics.
